Job Description:
- Meeting and greeting clients. Be friendly, smiley, sociable and welcoming to our customers, to create a great atmosphere
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls. Remain calm, patient and polite, if receiving customer feedback.
- Screening phone calls
- Other designated task given by superior

Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications: O'Level and above
- VALID Brunei Driving License is an advantage
- Able to work independently or/with minimal supervision
- Able to work in teams/others
- Fluent in Malay, English and Chinese is an advantage
- Computer Literate
- Fast Learner
- Be professional at all times
- Be able to communicate well with people of all levels
- Be honest and reliable. Be helpful and go out of your way to help our customers
- Be trustworthy and respectful
- Be well-dressed
- Maintain excellent time-keeping and attendance
