We are looking for suitable applicants to join our KB Branch:
Responsibilities:
Shop Assistant assist to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. They will sell, restock and merchandise. The goal is to provide good customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Duties:
- Helping customers with finding products they are looking for - with the ultimate aim of encouraging them to buy and return again for future purchases
- Advising customers on the price of items
- Notifying Retail Supervisor when items are out of stock
- Operating the cash registers, taking payments and performing refunds/store credits
- Packaging of goods
- Ensuring the store is clean and tidy, and that products are priced and displayed
- Participating in periodical stock take of all goods
- Arranging for damaged goods to be repaired or exchanged
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications: O’level and above
- VALID Brunei Driving License is an advantage
- Able to work independently or/with minimal supervision
- Able to work in teams
- Fluent in Malay and English; Chinese is an advantage
- Computer Literate
- Fast Learner
- Relevant Experience is an advantage (cashier)
